We value and respect our clients and potential future clients. In an effort to serve you better and be fair to our entire clientele, we have instituted the following policies.
Appointments
Please provide at least 24-hours' notice for a cancellation. This allows us to better serve other clients who are seeking services, allowing us to fill that appointment time. We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for any cancellations not made with at least 24-hours' notice. This also applies to clients who never arrive for an appointment and do not contact us to apprise us of the situation.
Because we respect our clients' time, any arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late will be accepted for their appointment only at the salon's discretion.
Appointments for more involved services, such as chemical services, may require a 20% deposit to reserve.
After Care
If you are not absolutely satisfied with a service, please let us know within 2 weeks of the original service date and - at the discretion of management - we will schedule an appointment to meet your needs. This policy does not cover a change in hair style. We do not offer refunds for services.
